Kafatura Is Live: One Panel from Marketplace Order to Invoice, Stock and Accounting

kafatura went live at kafatura.com on October 2, 2026. kafatura is software that brings a marketplace seller's daily operations, from orders to invoices, stock and accounting, into a single panel. It is built for sellers who sell on Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, Amazon.com.tr, Temu and their own website (WooCommerce). New sign-ups are not open right now; interested sellers can join the waitlist by leaving their email address on the kafatura.com/kayit page.

What does kafatura do?

Our slogan is "Your mind at ease. Your invoice ready." The idea behind it is simple: when a marketplace order comes in, you shouldn't have to enter the same information separately into your stock sheet, invoicing screen, shipping panel and accounting records. On our home page, we sum this up as "One order. Five steps. Zero manual entry."

The main tasks brought together in the panel are:

  • Uploading products to all marketplaces at once
  • Shared stock (Master stock) and stock syncing across channels
  • Issuing e-archive invoices (e-Arşiv) and e-invoices (e-Fatura); transmission to the Turkish Revenue Administration (GİB), cancellations and incoming invoices on the same screen
  • Each marketplace's official shipping label
  • Accounting export compliant with the Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts, and bank–marketplace payout (hakediş) reconciliation
  • After-sales: returns, customer questions, AI-drafted replies and instant notifications

6 connected sales channels

Today, six sales channels are connected to kafatura:

One order, five steps

The "One order. Five steps." flow on the home page describes an order's path through kafatura in this sequence:

  1. Order received: Orders from all marketplaces are gathered in a single list, and you get an instant notification for each new order.
  2. Stock synced: The sold item is deducted from Master stock, and the new count is sent to all connected channels.
  3. Shipping label: The official shipping label of the marketplace the order came from is printed in A6 size, one at a time or in bulk.
  4. e-Archive invoice: The invoice is generated automatically in compliance with the regulations. A second invoice cannot be issued for the same order, so duplicate invoices never occur.
  5. Accounting + payout: Invoices are turned into accounting entries, and the marketplace payout is matched with the bank transaction; commissions and taxes are recorded separately.

Which document is issued depends on your status and the buyer's: if you are an e-Fatura taxpayer and the buyer is also an e-Fatura user, an e-Fatura is issued; otherwise (including for end consumers), an e-Arşiv invoice is issued. If you are not an e-Fatura taxpayer, an e-Arşiv invoice is issued for every buyer. We explain the general rules for marketplace invoices step by step in our marketplace invoicing guide.

Security: encryption and access logs

Order and invoice data contain personal information such as the customer's name, delivery address, phone number and, for corporate orders, tax ID number. In kafatura, personal data is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and access logs are kept. The goal is for data never to sit as plain text where it is stored, and for every access to the data to be traceable afterward.

First new features: bulk stock update and AI-assisted product upload

Two features stand out on the home page with a "NEW" badge:

  • Bulk stock update: Stock across all channels is brought in line with the central count in one click; differences are highlighted in color in a product × channel table. Details are in the shared stock and bulk stock update announcement.
  • AI-assisted product upload: You get suggestions for the title, description, Trendyol category and category attributes; every suggestion requires the seller's approval. Details are in the AI-assisted product upload announcement.

The blog is live too

The kafatura blog has also launched. It features guides, Q&A articles and short glossary entries explaining key terms on e-Fatura and e-Arşiv rules, marketplace processes, stock and accounting. You can find all e-Fatura articles in the e-Fatura category. In the News category, we share regulatory and marketplace changes; in the What's New category, we share new kafatura features.

What should you do as a seller?

  • Join the waitlist: Leave your email address on the kafatura.com/kayit page.
  • List your channels: Note which marketplaces you sell on, plus your own website, and how many products you sell on each.
  • Review your barcodes: In shared stock, each variant is identified by its barcode. Using the same barcode for two variants breaks the matching; for details, see our article what is a barcode.
  • Clarify your e-document status: Confirm your e-Fatura and e-Arşiv obligations with your certified public accountant (mali müşavir).

e-Invoice (e-Fatura)Q&A

Can an e-Invoice Taxpayer Issue a Paper Invoice?

No. Taxpayers who use e-invoices are also covered by the e-archive system. If the buyer is an e-invoice user, you issue an e-invoice; otherwise (including end consumers), you issue an e-archive invoice. If a paper invoice is issued, the document is treated as never issued, and a separate penalty applies to each document.
