In Türkiye, consumers can return a product bought online within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. From 2026, the cost of a withdrawal return sent with the seller's designated carrier cannot be charged to the consumer.
Since August 1, 2026, the previous price shown in a discount ad in Türkiye must be the lowest price of the last 10 days before the discount starts (the previous rule was 30 days); the discount dates must also be stated.
If you make products by hand at home and sell them only online, you can use the Income Tax Law (GVK) Article 9/1-10 tradesman exemption in 2026 for revenue up to 1,900,000 TL; if you also sell through offline channels, Article 9/1-6 and its 396,360 TL limit apply.
