In 2026, the e-invoice (e-Fatura) transition thresholds remain unchanged: 3,000,000 TL in general, and 500,000 TL for online sales, real estate and motor vehicle businesses. A taxpayer who reaches the threshold uses e-invoices from July 1 of the following year.
Code 555 means "Sales Not Subject to VAT Rate Control." Since April 1, 2026, integrators in Türkiye check the VAT rate against your activity (NACE) code, so you select 555 for recharges or fixed asset sales made at a rate that doesn't match that code. VAT cannot be 0.
There are four export-registered invoice codes: 701 (VAT Law, KDVK 11/1-c), 702 (DİİB and temporary admission), 703 (Special Consumption Tax Law, ÖTVK 8/2) and 704 (KDVK 11/1-c together with ÖTVK 8/2). They are used with the IHRACKAYITLI type; with 702, the GTİP and the DİİB line code are mandatory on every line.
